Western North Carolina Workers Center

The Western North Carolina Workers Center is a group of  leftist community organizers who state they are fighting for “social and economic justice” for illegal immigrants. The  group has received more than 81 percent of its grant money from the radical  Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation.

The organization claims to be the political grassroots arm of the abortion rights movement in North Carolina. According to the national website, NARAL also supports open immigration, same-sex marriage and is against a requirement for voter ID and other election security measures.
