Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED) cultivates and invests in these youths' college aspirations by helping low-income families build college savings. Its 1:1 Fund is a crowd-funding platform that raises money to match families' contributions to college savings accounts. The 1:1 Fund partners with college savings programs around the country, offering innovative fundraising platform and tools for organizing social media driven funding campaigns. For The Tax Policy Project, a coalition led by PolicyLink and CFED, focuses on advancing changes to the tax code that shift incentives for saving and building assets from high-wealth households to low- and moderate-income households. The Project's 2015 objectives are to develop key messages and a communications strategy; to undertake extensive public education to get more people and organizations involved in supporting asset-building tax reforms; and to coordinate the advocacy efforts of coalition groups as tax reform discussions unfold in Washington
