Center for Death Penalty Litigation
GroupThe Center for Death Penalty Litigation is a non-profit law firm located in Durham. The Center provides direct representation to inmates on death row. The Center for Death Penalty Litigation is associated with five radical liberal networks, including the Blueprint NC network that gained infamy with their “eviscerate, mitigate, litigate, cogitate and agitate” the state’s leadership strategy memo in 2013. Over 98 percent of the group’s grant money comes from two extreme liberal political funders – the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation and the Tides Foundation based in California.
