Yes! Weekly stated in a published article on March 9, 2011 that “CHANGE is one of 57 IAF affiliates in the United States, Canada,the United Kingdom and Germany.”  The Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) was established by radical liberal Saul Alinsky in 1940 as a community organizing network. From 2004-2012 CHANGE received seventy eight percent of its grant money from the Reynolds Family Foundations.
