NC Latino Coalition
GroupThe NC Latino Coalition (NCLC) says it wants to “strengthen the leadership voice and participation of immigrants in local statewide and federal issues.” They are a community organizing group that “act(s) collectively for social change.” The NC Latino Coalition is a member of the Blueprint NC network – Blueprint NC is the group that is best known for the 2013 political strategy memo that directs its members to “eviscerate, mitigate, litigate, cogitate and agitate the state’s leadership.
